The Certified Manager (CM®) designation is a professional credential that verifies the competencies associated with an individual’s ability to manage and potential to lead. CM certification is achieved by meeting the education and experience eligibility requirements of the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, and passing a series of three CM assessment exams covering the analytical skills, knowledge and decision-making skills associated with managing and leading.
