Board Certified Coach (BCC®)

The Board Certified Coach (BCC®) credential is a mark of distinction for credential holders and a source of credibility for their clients. As a BCC, I am committed to meeting the professional coaching competency and ethics standards established by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and subject matter experts.

Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

The Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation is the standard of excellence you should require when selecting a professional coach. Recognized throughout the world, CPCs are recognized for their knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with clients to create personal and professional change within individuals, groups, and teams. I am a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an International Coach Federation (ICF)-Accredited Coach Training Program, a rigorous 320+ hours of study, specialized training in business and executive coaching, examination and demonstrated coaching competencies to meet the needs of my clients and the certification requirements of iPEC and the ICF.

As a Certified Professional Coach, I am committed to completing ongoing annual professional development and adhering to the ICF’s Code of Ethics and the Center for Credentialing and Education’s Board Certified Coach Code of Ethics.

Certified Management Consultant (CMC®)

The Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) designation is the Gold Standard that executives should take into account when selecting a management consultant. Recognized in 46 nations across the globe including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Japan, China, and many others, CMCs are recognized as experts in their profession; their Mark represents their achieving highest global standards of excellence and ethical practices as a professional consultant. As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), I have completed a rigorous process of examination and have demonstrated my ability to meet the needs of my clients and the certification requirements of the Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA).

I am required and pledge to adhere to IMC USA’s Code of Ethics. This pledge guarantees the integrity of my work and quality to all of my clients.

The earning of the CMC® Mark by a management consultant is no trivial matter; it can be likened to an attorney passing the Bar examination, an accountant receiving a CPA, or an engineer obtaining their PE license. The CMC candidate must submit to the most rigorous vetting process in the profession that includes receiving satisfaction surveys from clients, taking in-depth examinations covering consulting competencies and ethics, and sitting for a panel interview by fellow CMCs.

Therefore, when you hire a CMC® you can be confident that the consultant who has earned the CMC® designation has a history of excellent performance in delivering results to clients; has met world-class standards of competence, ethics, and client satisfaction; and has maintained this level of professionalism through education and periodic certification renewal. Less than 1% of all consultants worldwide have achieved this level of excellence.

Certified Manager (CM®)

The Certified Manager (CM®) designation is a professional credential that verifies the competencies associated with an individual’s ability to manage and potential to lead. CM certification is achieved by meeting the education and experience eligibility requirements of the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, and passing a series of three CM assessment exams covering the analytical skills, knowledge and decision-making skills associated with managing and leading. As a Certified Manager, I adhere to the ICPM Certified Manager Code of Ethics.
