I am very good at what I do and I value my time and the time of all my clients.  I am committed to the success of my clients and I expect the same level of commitment from my clients to their own success.  I hold myself accountable to my clients and my clients accountable for their own outcomes. I succeed when my clients succeed.  As such, the clients with whom I choose to work must be committed to succeed. One-on-One Executive Coaching

I am happy to share my coaching practice is at full capacity and I am not currently accepting new one-one clients but wait! Don’t leave yet. If you are still really interested in working with me, please see the following option as I typically select my new one-on-one clients from my group coaching sessions, workshops, and other personal, professional, and organizational development activities.

Group Coaching – By Invitation Only

I am currently interviewing potential new clients to participate in my upcoming group coaching session on Leading with Coaching and Mentoring Competencies to coincide with the release of my new book Leading with Coaching and Mentoring to Inspire Engagement and Excellence in the Workplace! The group coaching sessions are projected to begin in April 2017 and will be limited to 25 people that may participate by invitation only.  I have already selected 5 people to participate in my next group coaching session and I have 15 positions remaining If you are interested in being considered for one of the 15 remaining positions, please contact me to discuss the potential of being selected for the group.
