C2 Freight hired Grady Batchelor to help increase efficiency with training new hires. He put together an interactive on-line course that teaches and then tests the trainees. This allows C2 to reduce the training period and move these new hires into productive seats.

He also worked with our Marketing Manager to develop an interactive on-line sales site that generates viable leads for our sales team.
