Grady and his associates were a tremendous help to the SITEL University Team. Grady provided instruction, coaching, reference material, technical support, as well as training design to help meet aggressive time frames. Grady and his associates were available to answer questions and offer assistance throughout the process ensuring quality outcomes. Grady assisted with a second major initiative, the launch of a virtual campus used by three sites working on one major program. Grady and his team provided expertise to the training staff as well as resource management. Grady was available via telephone and email for assistance and problem solving. Without Grady’s assistance, the project would not have had the successful start that it did. In addition to the technical support that Grady has offered, he has also offered encouragement, instruction, vision and passion. He has assisted us all in reaching the goals that have been set forth and he has provided us not only with the tools but also with the insight and passion.
